Privacy notice — website contact
Effective October 19, 2026. This notice describes this contact form, not every game or Discord community activity. The operator is LVRD, based in New York, United States. Use the private contact form for privacy and parental inquiries.
- Information received: your chosen request type, reply method, optional game username, message, receipt identifier, and submission timestamp. Cloudflare also processes connection information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time for hosting and security. The handler uses your connection IP for rate limiting but does not include it in the Discord message.
- Purpose and access: LVRD uses requests to respond to questions, address accessibility barriers, process privacy requests, investigate issues, and protect the form against abuse. The request is delivered to the private Discord inbox for authorized Owner review, not posted to a public channel. Supplied account names and reply methods are unverified.
- Providers: Cloudflare delivers the site and processes submissions; Discord stores the inbox messages. Their processing may occur outside your state or country. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Discord’s Privacy Policy. Hosting may also measure page usage and performance according to the Cloudflare features enabled.
- Storage and retention: this handler does not create an application database, delivery queue, or browser-storage copy. Messages remain in Discord until removed by an authorized administrator; automatic message deletion has not been configured. Necessary hosting/security records and any authorized copies may have separate retention. LVRD should retain request information only as reasonably needed for handling the request, security, or legal obligations, and review deletion requests individually.
- Your choices: provide only information needed for the request. You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights through this form. Applicable exceptions and verification may be required. LVRD must verify account ownership before releasing private account data or changing a player’s records; never provide a password. Requests about provider-controlled information may also need to go directly to the provider.
- Younger players: Parents and guardians may use the parental-inquiry option without asking a child to submit the form. Avoid including unnecessary information about a child. This does not replace applicable children’s-privacy duties.
The form does not set application cookies, store visitor profiles in localStorage, or subscribe you to marketing. No response time, automatic deletion schedule, or absolute security guarantee is promised by this notice. Requests must still be handled within deadlines that apply by law.

Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small records a website or service can store in your browser. Local storage, session storage, and browser caches are separate technologies. Cookies may expire when a session ends or remain until their expiry time or until you delete them.
What this website uses
- LVRD application cookies: the current website does not set application cookies, provide a website login, or use advertising cookies.
- Browser storage: our website code does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB to keep visitor profiles, animation preferences, or contact messages. Animation settings exist in page memory and reset on a new page load.
- Analytics and advertising: we do not include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts in the website source. Our content security policy blocks external scripts and we send no-transform cache directives to prevent automatic analytics-script injection. Cloudflare can still measure requests and process security/operational information at its network edge without an analytics cookie.
- Browser cache: images, stylesheets, and scripts may be cached to load the website efficiently. The contact page and contact API are sent with no-store instructions. Browser autofill, history, screenshots, extensions, and shared-device access remain under your browser/device controls.
Cloudflare security cookies
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Depending on enabled protections and whether a challenge is shown, Cloudflare may set security cookies. The following are possible provider cookies, not a claim that every visitor receives them:

Opening the contact page does not send a message to Discord. If you submit the form, your reply method, optional game username, chosen topic, message, receipt, and submission time pass through Cloudflare to LVRD's private Owner inbox on Discord. Our application does not add your IP address to that Discord message. Providers still process connection information necessary for their services.
The inbox is not public, but authorized Owners, the Discord server owner, and anyone granted Administrator access can read its messages. This is not end-to-end encryption, and no system can promise absolute confidentiality. Never submit passwords, payment information, identification documents, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information. Read the contact privacy notice for handling and retention information.
Discord links are normal links, not embedded Discord widgets. If you follow an external link, that service's own cookie and privacy policies apply. LVRD does not control cookies set on third-party websites.
Your choices
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings and clear cached website data. Blocking security cookies may prevent verification or access. No optional tracking-cookie category is currently offered, so there is no optional-cookie consent switch on this version of the website. This does not override consent or privacy requirements that may apply if our practices change.
Before adding optional tracking, advertising, or persistent browser storage, LVRD must review the change, update this notice, and implement any required choices or consent. For questions, access/deletion requests, or accessibility assistance, use the contact form. Do not send sensitive information through public Discord channels.
Accessibility assistance
LVRD aims to improve website accessibility using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a target, not a certification of conformance or a guarantee of legal compliance. Use the contact form’s accessibility option to describe a barrier and request an accessible alternative. Medical or disability records are not needed.
The form has visible labels, keyboard controls, focus indicators, and delivery-status announcements. Browser zoom is supported. The site provides a skip-navigation link, reduced-motion support, and a Pause animations control. Complete assistive-technology and WCAG conformance testing has not been completed; image descriptions and third-party interfaces may present limitations.
If the form is unavailable, please try again later or join the LVRD Discord to ask an Owner for private assistance. Do not post sensitive details in public channels. This statement does not limit any legal right.
Private security reports
If you notice a possible vulnerability or privacy exposure, choose “Private security report” on the contact form. Describe the affected page, what happened, and the minimum steps needed to understand it. Do not include passwords, tokens, webhook URLs, other visitors' data, or exploit attachments. Stop if testing could expose someone else's information or disrupt the service. This contact route does not grant permission to access accounts, extract data, or perform intrusive testing; no bounty or response time is promised.
